Timesact is a very effective, intuitive preorder app, and Jolo from customer service was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app set-up and helping me configure settings.

Very much enjoyed working with Jolo. He helped me set the entire app up and made sure I understood how to make updates into the future. He also helped guide me on which settings are best for my unique product distribution setup. Very highly recommend this app!

It works very well, and the support is quick and helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that you can't place pre-orders until the stock reaches zero. It would be more convenient and reduce missed opportunities if the system automatically allowed pre-orders for quantities exceeding the available stock when added to the cart.
