Very happy with this app. The app has allowed us to offer pre-orders on sizes and styles that we don't yet have, and make sure that customers can buy any of our products even if they are out of stock. Also, devs have been very quick to respond.

We do an annual preorder. I used this app last year and just knew I wanted to use it again this year. The app is easy to use. It's been reliable. The customer service is amazing! I'm really happy with it and would recommend to anyone.

This app seems to have a great balance between simplicity and customization. I booked the intro call, and my rep, Jolo, was super helpful with walking me through the steps, capabilities and answering all my questions. Thanks Jolo! What's more, is there's a customer service via Chat which makes me feel confident that I can get the support I need, if I ever get stuck.

My first time using the app for my first ever pre-order sale, and i'm really happy. I had some issues/confusion with set up and the customer support was very impressive. I got a 30 minute call with someone, and then really great email support with a few other issues, which were then fixed for me. Highly recommend!

We are a leather and canvas goods manufacturing and retail business. We produce our goods in small batches, locally, only an hour away from our store. We also do a lot of made to order products, meaning an effective pre-order system is essential to the function of our business so we are able to keep track of our production board and maintain customer satisfaction. I was previously using a different app that regularly broke and it was very difficult to get in touch with customer service, despite paying for this service. Since I have switched, it has been nothing but absolute ease and delight. It was simple to set up, including the guided call which was immensely helpful. I have twice been in touch with their support line twice after the guided call and had someone answer within 30 seconds and had effective, personalised help, including some custom coding put into our theme to ensure the pre-order button appeared correctly. This problem was sorted within 15 minutes of starting a chat, helping out business continue to run smoothly.

I was looking for the perfect app to allow my customers to either pre-order out of stock items or get notified when back in stock. I was able to set things up initially, then I needed some help. I scheduled a zoom with support and was able to get an appointment very quickly. Support knew exactly what I was trying to accomplish and got it set up for me in minutes! They were extremely, helpful, competent and friendly! I give this app and their support team 5 stars hands down!

Jolo was extremely helpful explaining how to set up a pre order. He was also able to set it up for me so it is operating before the end of the call.
