The app needed a bit of work to function exactly how we want it but the support team are very quick to respond and solve all the issues.

Jolo was extremely helpful in getting my Timesact set up. I am a new small business & was excited to learn more about Timesact & get it up & running on my site. Jolo was extremely kind, helpful, & thorough. I am so excited to have Timesact up & running for my customers!

Very good app. Set up was straightforward and without issues. We had an excellent onboarding call with Jolo and he was able to show us extra features and functionality we hadn't considered. We're just getting started with the app, but so far it's exceeding expectations. Happy to recommend.

We've been looking for pre-order software that fits our needs for quite some time (and run into many that did not), this one looks fantastic and is working well for us. Support is excellent, Jolo has been very helpful in getting us up and running quickly.

I am not normally a fan of video call support, but Timesact surprised me. Jolo helped me out greatly explaining all the options and features and typical use cases, as well as tweaking some of the finer points for me. Would highly recommend taking the offer up on the 30min call.

This app is awesome! Really great backend and features they've built in. Would definitely suggest taking advantage of the free half hour setup call, there's a lot to learn on how to use the platform and they walk you through it to make it easier. Jolo was super lovely, great at explaining things, and took extra time to make sure I understood everything. Would definitely recommend this app if you're looking to add preorders to your site.

The app is very easy to use. Integrated seamlessly with our Shopify store. I needed some assistance figuring things out so I set up a call with their support team. It was really easy to schedule a time. Jolo was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions and helped me finish my setup for preorders!

Super fast and friendly customer support, we needed a little coding done to match our theme and they rocked it. Works well for all our preorder products. Highly reccomend!

Easy to implement, they can just match most the elements to your theme (easy) and they will set it up together with you with a video meeting immediately after you install. I selected and had it running nicely within 3 hours for a presale. Great customer service, nice people and happy to jump in your site and fix anything. Mostly bugless. Some nice features, like if you have a mixed preorder and in-stock order, they can do a popup that lets them know it wont ship till the preorder is restocked.
