Their interface takes a bit of learning curve to adapt, but their customer service is excellent, rapid reply and fix issues.

The onboarding procedure went incredibly smoothly. The onboarding specialist was very nice and chill and open to any stupid questions we were throwing at him. It works very well, and the support is quick and helpful. The only minor inconvenience is that you can't place pre-orders until the stock reaches zero. It would be more convenient and reduce missed opportunities if the system automatically allowed pre-orders for quantities exceeding the available stock when added to the cart.
