Jolo was incredible in helping me set this up. This is the 3rd pre-order app I try and so far I can confidently say it works better than anything else, products update super quick, which is extremely important to avoid upset customers. Thank you all for creating such a great app.

OBS: This review was submitted before the person spoke in the live chat with our CTO Robert who implemented a bespoke solution to address the speed of the app for their particular website and the merchant seemed quite pleased with the solution. Hi there, This is Andrei, one of the co-founders here at Timesact. Thank you for your feedback and sorry for any inconvenience caused! Each website is different of course and depending on the amount of apps/functionality it has, some items are faster/slower to load. For example a blank dawn theme of a new store is absolutely instantaneous for our app. Some of the biggest names in DTC rely on us and in some cases we've implemented bespoke solutions to optimize speed. Since it works for them it should also work for your store. My colleague Robert implemented this for you and you seemed happy with our support when you were speaking to him directly in our live chat. We have tried to get in contact with you via email afterwards to get more feedback from you but have had no luck so far as we believe our emails are not landing in your main inbox. I tested several apps, and this was the only one that met all my criteria. The app has its own excellent product management system for Restock Alerts, Pre-Orders, and Coming Soon items, making it very easy to manage these functionalities. Initially, there were two features not working due to my theme, but I reached out to support (special thanks to Robert, who is the CTO). He provided flawless assistance and fixed all my problems within minutes. We also had a quick chat via google meet and i can confirm he knows his shit :) I highly recommend this app & team, if you are looking for a reliable well-featured pre-order app.
This app gives me exactly what I need. Love the features and setup. Excellent customer service. I had a little trouble at one point in the setup setting with one of the features and I reached out to the support team for help, and they were able to fix my issue and got everything running smoothly so quickly. Definitely recommend.

Works well and has plenty of customer notifications which is helpful in heading off customer inquiries.
The app had a decisive advantage for us If you have different delivery times for products or manufacturers when pre-ordering, you can map this perfectly. We were able to set everything up very well, but then had a problem with the online display. We contacted the support team by email today and they helped us immediately and solved the problem within a day. The response was so fast and professional that we are delighted. We recommend this app without reservation.

I am not going to lie, this app costs more than some of their competitors but let me say this. it's worth every penny cause IT WORKS. I have tried so many pre order and notify apps and they all just fall short. Don't always work or just lack features. This app works so well it's made my life so easy. The support team are amazing, i had a small issue with check out and they fixed it within a few hours. I am so glad i found this app it really has everything. Such a great product!
