Such a great little app -- does what it says and SUBLIME support. 10/10 would recommend!

While the back end is a bit clunky, and the app is a bit slow to load on our product page, the service team is excellent and always super helpful. As far as low-cost solutions go, I'd say this is a great place to start.

I have enjoyed this app. Pre-Orders for online shops and new products is vital. This app is easy install and to use. The support that I experienced was phenomenal. Had a slight issue as all apps do and the live chat support was instant, knowledgeable, patient, and very nice to work with.

I faced some issues setting up the widget and the team was extremely responsive and helpful! The issue was resolved in a matter of hours via email and the app itself was very useful in helping me set up preorders for my online e-commerce store. Thanks to the team for the swift assistance.

The video support/Set Up call was excellent. Jolo took the time to explain the nuances of the app which was useful having not used it before. He answered all questions I had and went above and beyond adding some code to our website to ensure the Pre-Order Banner and message were formatted correctly. He set up a template and added it to one of our products to make sure it was working and displaying correctly. He also went through the full work flow to ensure all messages were where they should be. Great service all round!

The app is very useful to manage your out of stock/pre-orders. Their support team is AMAZING! It didn't even take half a day to have all my special requests answered and customized. Really impressive and well-trained team. Highly recommend.

I've only just installed but it's looking very good so far. The set up tutorials make it a breeze, we had a glitch during set up so I contacted support and they had the problem remedied in minutes. Very happy so far!
