The app is simply excellent. It does exactly what is advertised, and does it really well. I have set everything up in half an hour, and started taking pre-orders right away. The support team is remarkable, not only quickly solved the issue I was complaining about, but also found another issue I forgot to tell them about — very proactive and friendly. And the last but not least: I loved their intro session where they explain you the app and help you set it up, it is just great. All in all, an excellent app and a great team!

I have only used the app for one day, but the customer service and the initial free call were great. I was able to ask every question and received quick help to make the app work better in my store.

I'm still learning the app, but I can see how impactful it will be for increasing sales and also for making our current customers' lives so much easier! The in-person walk through with Jolo - was amazing! No one does in-person anymore, so this added touch goes along way toward increasing my confidence in using the app as well as leaving me with a very positive feeling about Preorder. I can't wait to dig in and start implementing!

Jolo was amazing walking me through and setting up the pre-order and notify me through Timesact. He answered all my questions with care and attention. The platform seems very easy to navigate and I am looking forward to using this tool in our world.

Easy to install on our Shopify website, and customer service was able to respond and action an issue with the Selling Plan Description appearing on product page within a day. Also able to offer pre-order on select variants, which other pre-order apps were unable to do.

I have had many sales the minute I installed this app that I would have normally lost from customers leaving the site when their size was out of stock. I cannot stress enough how much this app changed my business, the app itself is so easy to use and the support is like nothing I have ever experienced, kind, amazing, prompt, knowledgeable support online. So glad I found this app.

Using this app for a second round of pre-orders. It is by far way easier to use than any of the other apps I have tried. I was also experiencing some issues and the customer support was SO QUICK and helpful. I 100% would recommend this app :)

The developers on the guided set up call are great in showing you how to get the most out of the app. We now use this app to communicate with customers when items are going to arrive back in stock and allow them to place orders beforehand.
