Super fast and friendly customer support, we needed a little coding done to match our theme and they rocked it. Works well for all our preorder products. Highly reccomend!

Easy to implement, they can just match most the elements to your theme (easy) and they will set it up together with you with a video meeting immediately after you install. I selected and had it running nicely within 3 hours for a presale. Great customer service, nice people and happy to jump in your site and fix anything. Mostly bugless. Some nice features, like if you have a mixed preorder and in-stock order, they can do a popup that lets them know it wont ship till the preorder is restocked.

Jolo was great with support with a specific issue I was having. He also gave a great overview of the app for future use as I am taking over our shopify from someone else. all in all great experience!

The customer service reviews were the icing on the decision making cake. I knew I would need some extra care. Jolo was patient, clear and most thoughtful in our onboarding call. I feel informed and ready to utilize this app. I think it offers the best options and the added bonus of a responsive and caring customer service team. Bravo.

The app has been incredible to use and is an essential part of our business. The support team has been top notch (shout out to Pam) and always responsive to troubleshooting issues, which are often responded to and fixed within a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to manage pre-orders.

I believe theme we use had many customized widget so there were few hard thing to fix but they fixed it in 12 hours! Thank you for amazing customer service

Amazing app and amazing support :) I highly recommend them to anyone wanting an app that works well. I have used them for our store and am extremely satisfied with how it works. There were some things with my theme that needed modifications and they were all done by them.

Trying this app for the first time. I was having a bit trouble making it work on my website, but support team is so efficient and helpful. They solve the issue overnight. Highly recommend!
