I installed a couple Preorder/back in stock apps on the same day and this one seemed most intuitive to set up. I had a particular question and had an hour video setup with Jonathan who helped set up the app for my use case! We set up everything else as well and he even touched on best practices + set up my button colors :D

Set up was fairly straight forward. I did all my own set up and connecting then used the free call to make sure I did it all correctly. Jolo was very helpful on the call and in 15 minutes we had it all checked over and ready to go.

Had some initial struggles setting up preorders and back in stock products, so booked my hour introductory zoom call. Jolo walked me through all the options for both, the configuration, the customizations. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.

I've used quite a few different pre-order apps in the past and i've found this one to be the most user friendly and easiest to setup. We had some simple issues at first with badges not showing up but support was right on it and had the problem fixed in no time. I had a free guided setup call to walk over the rest of the app and found that it will replace some other apps we are currently using which is going to save me money. Highly recommend!

The support staff is second to none in my opinion. Every time I have contacted them, they are QUICK to respond, friendly, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. The app is fantastic as well. There's no reason not to install this app and work with this company. A+

Jalo was wonderful. Solve my problem within minutes. Very cheerful, a throwback to how customer service used to be. Good job!
