This was truly a great experience. I have been shopping PreOrder apps and this is the best to date. Jolo made the experience worth it. he is a great instructor, very informative and very helpful in getting the product integrated into the store. I look forward to more developments from this company

I tried another “free” pre-order app that absolutely didn’t work. The customer service was terrible. Get what you pay for, expect … This app is great. It took me a minute to figure out the interface, because I totally did not use the tutorials. But it works great, and when I ran into an issue — even before paying — the customer service folks fixed it in 2 minutes without asking for admin access to my shop. Which has happened on other apps. Turns out it was an animation on my theme that was the problem. They could tweak the code on their end to fix. Highly recommend.

Setting up the app was super easy and we did our first pre-sale item with one minor issue. I set up a phone chat with support and Jolo explained the setting I needed to change to fix the issue and it was solved. Great customer service, awesome app!

The app works great. We needed some support initially to get it up and running and the help is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We tried other similar apps in the past from competing developers. Some worked but are extremely overpriced. And other apps from other developers would not install on our app at all. This on the other-hand can get up and running and they will help you modify so it works on your theme. It's a great app that's very customizable and you get great support! It's already helping to bring in sales and clarify on pre-ordered items so we don't lose sales. Thank you guys!

The app is working great for us. Some of their pre-order features didn't work for our custom theme, but the issue was fixed quickly after contacting the support team.

I am writing this because I would like to support their business after the video call. The customer service is amazing. I am starting a small apparel e-shop site and wanted to add the pre-order option before the actual delivery. If you download the app, it will allow you to schedule a private 30 min video call so they will walk through and help you set up what you need. I normally get confused easily but It's very simple. The adviser was very helpful, patient and productive!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

One of the easier and fastest apps I've installed and got working as intended. There were a few minor issues which support was extremely quick and responsive to help resolve. Also, their attention to detail with help setting up is amazing.

We are really loving this app so far! As a small business focused on sustainability and quality, we make everything in small batches. We do have a production schedule, so we know what items will be completed soon. Timesact has allowed us to offer the Pre-order option to our community, so they can see the expected shipping date and order confidently, rather than waiting and wondering whether the item might be available, and when! The support is top notch-- Jolo helped me during my setup call, and he was very nice and helpful, adjusting the code in Timesact so that the buttons would look right. I had a question about applying a Shopify discount a few days later, and the customer service was so helpful-- I even got an email from the CTO which I thought was a very impressive level of care. My only feedback is that the text the app puts on the site is not automatically translated by Shopify's translate & Adapt, and they don't currently have a multilingual option. Its not a big deal, I just put the preorder message in both English & French, but something to be aware of so you know what to expect! Overall thrilled with the app and the support, and would recommend!
