I just started using this app and it is good so far. The best part is the free one-on-one demo that they provide. I had Jolo and he was so patient and great. He answered all of my questions in a clear and concise way!

I recently started using Timesact, and it has been a lifesaver for managing pre-orders. In addition to that, I also use In-stock. The customer service team is exceptional and super responsive, which has made my experience using this app even better. I'm glad I found Timesact. Highly recommended!

I had a incredibly helpful set up meeting! Everything was very clearly explained. I haven't started selling on the app yet but it seems straightforward and easy to use. The only negative is that the Pre-Sale button takes about one second to appear on the site so the shop buttons is visible when opening the page.

They are so quick and responsive and helpful, especially as we're about to launch a new theme and wanted to make sure the process would be seamless with our pre-orders for when we publish the new site.
