Great app with even better customer support. I downloaded this app which was very easy to use compared to other pre-order apps. I had one small issue, the badge wasn't showing up on my product. I got in touch with Pam and she has it fixed for me in minutes. Definitely recommend this app.

So far so good. I loaded the app on and set up myself very easily. I was then extended the offer to have an onboarding call and this was really helpful. I will now perfect what I have been eductaed on and then have another video call to tidy up. Two pre-orders in the first 24hrs.

This app is lovely and easy to navigate. We primarily use the pre-order function, and Timesact has all the necessary and advanced features available, from an all-around message display and partial payment option to special discounts. Not only was I impressed by the features of the app, but I was also amazed by the customer service. There is a free onboarding session for every new user, and Rommel, the account manager, walked me through the app and patiently explained everything and answered my questions. A live chat agent is also available during regular business hours, which provides significant reassurance in case anything unexpected occurs. Timesact starts charging once you have used up the 10 free pre-orders, which is understandable. After all, every business needs to generate revenue to keep running. The price after the free plan is reasonable compared to other apps out there offering similar functions. The bottom line is, if you are looking for an app that handles pre-orders, back-in-stock notifications, etc., I would strongly recommend Timesact.

非常容易设定和添加产品。如果可以更改字体就更好了。比如说Important Notice上的字体，不能和Theme的字体统一的。但是颜色是可以修改成一样的，所以也不是太大问题。可以设定折扣和full payment或者partial payment。比如说可以设定先付一定比例的定金，然后设计具体日期扣钱，可以指定日期，也可以几天/月后自动扣钱，基本符合了我的需求。暂时还没有订单，希望有订单后更好测试流程和rules。 Onboarding meeting非常有用，June非常helpful。因为我的theme比较多customised，所以需要她来帮忙添加Pre-order的badge在产品页和collection页面上，还有需要提高页面显示速度。June都非常快的解决问题，而且还提供很好的页面和文案修改建议。推荐新用户都尝试一下预约这个meeting。很有用！

I recently had an onboarding session for Timesect, an incredible Shopify app that assists with managing out of stock situations and pre-orders on my ecommerce platform. I must say, the experience was exceptional. My support technician, June, was not only extremely helpful but also highly proficient in addressing all my queries. During the 30-minute session, June went above and beyond to ensure that I fully understood the app's functionalities. She even offered valuable advice on customizing certain features to better suit my specific needs. Thanks to her expertise, the session was more than fruitful. I truly appreciate the outstanding support I received. Moreover, the payment packages offered by Timesect are quite reasonable, especially if I decide to increase the quantity for my subscription plans. With this app, I feel incredibly supported and confident in managing out of stock situations effectively.
