Doc Sean here, I've just finished a delightful 'Timesact' onboarding Zoom meeting with June and I am impressed. Our 'Canadian Forge' shop is an established Shopify store with 3000 SKUs and I've never had a better instructive session with an app developer. Intuitive, seamless, adaptive, conscientious, attentive, responsive, and beyond knowledgeable. We recently had to abandon another app that was attempting to do what Timesact has accomplished in spades. Our previous app was so cumbersome my staff avoided it and I'm excited to see Timesact has simplified the critical elements that drive this app's value into an art form. From the wholistic oversight of their desktop to their attention to detail anticipating the customer's hopes, and our need for practicality, I've finished the meeting excited about the new opportunities the affordability and robust functionality Timesact brings. -In appreciation. /S.

I really like this app! Very easy navigation, very user-friendly interface and the most important application does not require special skills and knowledge. I have tried several apps but this is the only one I think is the best! As a designer, it's very important for me that all applications are easy to use because I can't spend a lot of time learning an application. I was looking for an application that would not interfere with my work, but just help me to work, and this application completely meets my requirements! Also special thanks to technical support for quick answers and help! Surprisingly, the guys can solve any problem in a few minutes. I really highly recommend this app!

Great free onboarding just for installing the app. No need to figure this thing out on your own. A real person will hop on a video call with you to guide you through set up.

While I’ve only had the app for a short while, I ran into an issue at midnight before my pre order started for my website. Jonathan on the live chat walked through all my settings with me and got things up and running. A+++ for customer service.

Great on boarding experience. Very helpful and they will actually help you customize and set-up your functionality. So much easier to go through the onboarding experience rather than trying to figure it out (great for people like me that are not technical wizards). Will be using the pre-order tonight for a product drop. Excited to see how it this works out. Will update my review when I use the app more but so far very impressed.

So far so good! Onboarding was really helpful and I'd recommend but the app does seem straight forward to use and I like the flexible plan.

The Timesact App is exactly what I needed - an easy to set up and use Pre-Order feature. I had my onboarding call with June, who was incredibly friendly and helped me very quickly fix a couple of issues that arose because of my highly customized theme. Can definitely recommend this App and superb customer service! 5 very well deserved stars.

Exceptional onboarding experience with Rommel, and the app checks all of my pre-sale and back-in-stock needs. I was looking for a singular app that would allow me to do pre-sale/pre-orders and communicate that an item was back-in-stock, without having to install multiple apps to do that. Timesact is precisely what our business/brand needed. The app is user-friendly and the onboarding session (it's free btw) with Rommel was courteous, friendly, knowledgeinformative and we even used the session to set up one of my products for pre-order and demonstrate how the app would perform for our products from an end to end perspective. Kudos to the Timesact team for such an awesome app and for having the right customer experience and engagement touchpoints.

The app is very easy to use and intuitive. The on-boarding session is amazing. June from Timesact goes through all the functions of the app and helps to set up the app to work correctly on the site. Great pricing as well for the value that you get.

We've been testing Pre-Orders with TimesAct on our UK and US Shopify stores. The support team are very proactive with the onboarding process and helping set up products for Pre-Order. So far it's working well, there are a few little nuances around their website that you have to understand (such as waiting for it to apply the pre-order function to the Shopify products) - we also had to speak to support to fix the little 'slash' banners appearing on the collection page but as mentioned, their support is very proactive and fix things immediately. Recommended.

First i was sceptic as it automatically translated to my local language and was hard to understand as i work 99% in english. I found the flag, switched to english and it started to make sense :) I booked an onboarding session where i already had some questions prepared, and got them all sorted out. Together we made some example cases, and checked that everything worked out as planned. Rommel was very friendly and professional, and guided me through everything. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for pre-order & backorder app

Just had my onboarding with this app team and it was so great! They really covered all of their bases to be sure I understood how to work and run the system! Seems like an easy enough app to use and will be very helpful once I've got it all fully worked out!

Leslie was cordial and super intuitive with the app. I am continuing to play around with the control panel and interface more and its starting to flow nicely. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a Pre-Order and Restock notification App for Shopify!
