Sometimes, customer service is the most important thing an app can offer. When I installed this app, I needed some help. The response was immediate. amazing customer service. Highly recommend this app for all of your pre-order needs.

We have just added this app a few days ago, and as I am brand new to it, I've had to reach out to the support team quite often. Each time my inquiries were addressed thoroughly and followed up promptly if they had to be escalated. All in all, it has been such a pleasant experience working with their tech team. And a shout out to Pam, who has been the go to person all this time, and she's been beyond helpful :)

I love TimeSact! I've done several pre-order campaigns and have found the app easy to set up and manage my products. The support is also excellent. The support video calls have all been complimentary, the staff friendly and knowledgeable and quick to resolve issues. I recently spoke with Jolo and he carried on the tradition of having a 5-star support experience. Go TimeSact!

I'm totally new to running an ecommerce business and have been struggling to get enough product made and photographed to allow me to launch our site. Then, I realized there was particular interest in one product we make and that setting up a "pre-order" might be a great way to launch our brand in a limited way - but having never done it before, I was unsure how to proceed. This app made it simple and seamless and the orders are flowing in without any problems. I'm thrilled.

Timesact support was outstanding and got me up and running and through a couple of technical hurdles with my Shopify Theme to get the Pre-Order product working perfectly. Great company to work with!

We'd been wanting to accept pre-orders for some time now. We tried a different app, but it didn't work and the company was unresponsive to our help requests. This app, however, is fantastic, and Timesact support for installation for my theme was instant. We were able to take pre-orders right away. I highly recommend this app for taking pre-orders.

I recently started using Timesact, and it has been a lifesaver for managing pre-orders. In addition to that, I also use In-stock. The customer service team is exceptional and super responsive, which has made my experience using this app even better. I'm glad I found Timesact. Highly recommended!

I had a incredibly helpful set up meeting! Everything was very clearly explained. I haven't started selling on the app yet but it seems straightforward and easy to use. The only negative is that the Pre-Sale button takes about one second to appear on the site so the shop buttons is visible when opening the page.
