Jolo walked me through the Timesact App thoroughly and helped me understand how to navigate it. He was patient with me and very kind when I was confused. I definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting to begin offering pre-orders!

There's a reason Timesact has so many positive 5 star reviews - their customer support is unparalleled. They are so quick and responsive and helpful, especially as we're about to launch a new theme and wanted to make sure the process would be seamless with our pre-orders for when we publish the new site. Highly recommend :)

Only days into using this app and the setup is easy with a user friendly platform. Most of all, the support staff is exceptional in being available many hours of the day for urgent matters and they have resolved all of my issues or needs.

Great app and even better support - had a one-on-one zoom introduction the same day I installed the app. The Jolo from their team gave a 5 star service - even did some custom editing while we had 30 min chat. Highly recommended!
