Stop your search now — This is the app to go with. Clean and easy to navigate interface and has 24/7 chat to help with any issues. It offers a free video call to set up everything but I didn't need it. 100% recommend! It took me 5 days and a lot of heart ache to find the right app for pre-orders and coming soon widgets.

Absolutely stellar experience with the TimesAct app. It works flawlessly. When I had a question, the support response was instant. The complimentary video call to assist with the setup was a fantastic added touch. Five stars all the way!

This app is great for making your site simpler and more usable for your customers. Furthermore, the assistance service is really efficient and fast, which in my opinion is difficult to find around

This app is very good for our store, the way it is made and the ease of working with it is spectacular, it does everything as described, we requested assistance and it was in minutes, they responded to our request for assistance with the app in an activation, it was in minutes everything was resolved, thank you very much, we recommend it!

I've tried different preorder apps and Timesact is one of the best. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of a preorder app. User-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick. Like Pam, who was so friendly and quick to resolve my concern. They would cater to everything you need. They even customised some codes so that the app works perfectly on my website theme. Definitely worth the money.

These guys rock! I had a couple of instances where installing other apps interfered with theirs and they fixed it within a few hours. My latest incident was caused by an upgrade in my theme and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes. Best of all, they fixed another issue I had and that was totally unrelated to their app. A+ support, I strongly recommend,

I've had a great experience using Timesact for my Pre-Order. Their onboarding team was very kind and helpful and followed up to make sure I didn't have any additional questions and that everything was running smoothly. The app was easy to use and they have lots of YouTube video tutorials should you need them as well. Highly recommend.

I recently installed the Timesact app and integrated it to my Shopify store. I was able to set up a free 1x1 zoom meeting with one of their reps, Solo, and it was super helpful. Solo went over all of the function within the Timesact app and gave me a demonstration on how to navigate my account and settings. Highly recommend to other users!
