I am delighted to have found an app that is both user-friendly and helps to enhance our business significantly. The one-on-one Zoom meeting with Jolo was a wonderful opportunity to learn more about the app's capabilities. We are certain that it will become an essential tool for our business. nardurna.com

Fast, Reliable and Awesome customer service! The program had a few glitches with my store's theme, but they re-programmed some things on the backend and followed-up with me to make sure everything was working. They even made more tweaks after I told them it was pretty much fixed...above and beyond service :)

Stellar service and support! Our Shopify theme needed further customization on the backend in order for the Pre-Order button to function correctly. The onboarding session allowed for this to be done in real-time, as well as testing the functionality of the app. 5-star team and support!

I just finished my setup call with Pam with Timesact (Preorder). I can't even begin to explain the top notch customer service I received along with the extended guided call. Pam went above and beyond for me. Our call that was supposed to be 30 minutes went almost 1.5 hours. She answered every one of my questions and more and was willing to go the extra mile to help me figure out what I needed to make the setup a breeze. If you are not using this app, START TODAY!!!! I will update in a few weeks how it is going, but so far the beginning of the process has been truly amazing! Don't waste your time or money on any other apps as this one can do it all! You can thank me later! :)

This app was easy to set up and has worked perfectly. I had a question on two different occasions and I was able to chat with someone immediately. They answered my questions and even gave me additional ideas and service. I'm very impressed!

Great support, great app! I installed this yesterday afternoon and found I had it mostly running to my expectations within half an hour. When I noticed there was a free 30 minute onboarding call, I booked it and was surprised at how many time slots were available. Jolo provided excellent support thouought the call and fixed a few things and had a TON of great recommendations. He was friendly, professional and very efficient. Top notch experience.

I just started my own ecom business in Germany and needed to set up a Pre-Order quickly. The support was so nice and helpful. Jolo guided me through the process and we set up everything for tomorrow! I am actually a bit impressed by how good the support for this app is and I can just recommend it. Especially to newcomers on shopify, like me.

Save us lots of time and money. Help is 10/10 from their staff. Any little issue they can help quickly. Tried two other apps and the support was not good. This app is a lifesaver and its very user friendly.

I found this app at random trying to search for features I have been looking to implement into our store for weeks. The first thing I noticed was the review count so I checked the description on what their app accomplishes, I then realized this app is practically every (pre-order) and (back in stock notification) feature I have been looking for All IN ONE. I installed the app and with my accidental feature set up I already started getting orders back to back. The app developers offer a free video / zoom style guided set up and Jonathan was an absolute amazing help, Very inelegant, easy to understand, was able to break down every aspect of their app in which I had questions of in a way I could understand ALL while showing me in real time and helping me with edits and changes to the app and our website. I can continue in this review forever with the brief 1 hour call I had but to sum everything up I ended the call impressed. I have a lot of trust in this company and the app they have developed.

Very quick and responsive customer support. I had some issues with my subscription app that didn't work with pre-orders, but their technical team solved it smoothly and quickly. The interface is also very clear and easy to use. Highly recommend!
