I have not launched my website yet, but I added this app for handling pre-orders and back in stock notifications and I booked the complimentary call with Timesact to walk me through their features. June was wonderful at showing me around the back end and helping me learn what the app can do for my business and where everything is. She was patient, friendly, knowledgeable and cheering me on the whole time. A pleasure to deal with! Thank you June!

Great app with great customer support, fast and courteous (thanks Andrei). The app is a much better option than our previous pre-order app with more functionality and features including scheduling of when pre-orders show and integrating "back in stock" email alerts into the same app

Rommel and Lesley were very helpful, professional, and clear! We already love the app and it has been so useful for our business, but what makes it even more useful is the fact that it evolves and adapts according to Shopify's updates and the needs of the businesses. June was amazing with the onboarding process, she was very patient and kindly assisted me set up pre-ordered on my website. She answered all my questions and kindly took me through all the steps! I am very happy with it all thank you!

Awesome app, I've been using it for half a year and the devs continue to add new features. The sliding pricing model is great so that you only pay for what you need and the onboarding call was very helpful, although I did it many months later! Highly recommended for pre-order + OOS notifications.

Been testing this app out for pre-orders and was very pleasantly surprised by the functions as well as the support I've been getting, especially from Jonathan. They do an onboarding call plus with the new selling plan Shopify just rolled out, they also help you migrate with ease. Highly recommend!

Incredible and timely service! I messaged at 6am my time not expecting a response for hours but I was responded to within minutes! And they were so incredibly helpful and told me how to get the desired outcome. Highly recommend!

The onboarding session was fantastic - they set everything up and answered all my questions. The app is really configurable and does everything I need. I uninstalled another pre-order app I wasn't happy with, and am very glad I went with this one.

Timesact is a fantastic pre-order and 'restock notification' app. The UI is very simple to understand and works flawlessly. We had some concerns about order management and tags, etc. But after running two major pre-order rounds, we have experienced zero issues. I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of Timesact's free Onboarding calls. The reps are very helpful and can get the app setup within 30 minutes. Shopify is forcing major updates for apps like Timesact, and the Onboarding rep explained the whole process to me and reassured me that our store and app will continue to function normally.
