It was great to have a face to face conversation about the Timesact Ap. We are moving forward with this ap and hopefully it's more reliable than the Pre-Orderly Ap. We did have a problem with the custom button not moving from Add to Cart to Pre Order Now however Rimmel helped fix the issue and sped up the talk between Shopify and Timesact and it started working better. Great support so far!

Able to set up predominately on my own which is great. Spoke with the support team who were able to give me more advice and helpful solutions for what I am looking to achieve with my store! I also had an issue with my theme customisation, i logged a ticket and that was resolved straight away through support! Thanks guys :)

We haven't had a chance to launch our backorder items yet, but the setup has been extremely smooth. We have a store with thousands of products, and were looking for a viable option for setting up backorders. So far, we have no complaints. This app's support is exceptional; we had numerous questions and requests, and the support team replied promptly with very helpful information, even going in and fixing the majority (if not all) of the issues themselves. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to set up backorders on their store!

Great app with even better customer support. I downloaded this app which was very easy to use compared to other pre-order apps. I had one small issue, the badge wasn't showing up on my product. I got in touch with Pam and she has it fixed for me in minutes. Definitely recommend this app.
