Jonathan was great. he helped me set up all me pre order and back in stock buttons and walked me through the whole app. i am excited to use it and continue learning. Highly recommend!

Great app so far. We had a couple of minor issues that conflicted with our current theme, but the team was super helpful and got them taken care of in a matter of minutes.

Jonathan was so helpful getting the Timesact app set up on my store. My collection page was being a bit difficult with displaying the pre-order badges but managed to get it sorted. I haven't started the sale yet but so far so good!

Definitely use the onboarding session!! I had an absolutely amazing session with June. She showed me how to use every aspect of this app and that there are also tutorials. They have customer support via email and chat in case you do get stuck! This app is incredibly easy to use and understand! Thank you June! You Rock!

This app has everything I need! I love that they have a dual-option for both pre-order and subscribe to be notified so you don't lose potential customers who want to buy, but not buy pre-order. They also have amazing white-glove setup service where you get a 30-min video meeting of them walking through setting up your pre-order campaign with you and they will even offer to do a code cleanup of an previous pre-order apps you've tried. I'd definitely recommend!

Free onboarding session is a must. Didn't take a full hour, host (June) was very patient with my questions and walked me through every option or setting feature I had a question about. Don't skip, the free video session.

Incredible customer service. The single best experience I've had with any app. Chat response was immediate, and they fixed a badge display issue on my theme without having store access. They even saw that I had a theme-added "In Stock, Ready to Ship" line added on my product page and that it might be confusing during pre-order. They said it looked nice and hid it when the pre-order was activated instead of me having to remove it. App does everything that I want it to do.

I am definitely impressed with this product and company. CopelandCoins.com will be trying it out with products this summer to keep our momentum going when items go out of stock. I think this app will be a valuable investment. Do the onboarding!!! It's free and simple to get things installed with Timeact's personal help. They also have many tutorial videos. June helped me and really knows her product! Highly recommeded.

Super easy onboarding and helpful personal online video introduction session where you can ask any questions and become accustomed to the admin panel. I'm eager to put this to good use.

Preorder Notify Me Pre‑Order T has continuously done everything I need to have products available for preordering. I scheduled an onboarding session as soon as I installed the app and it was super helpful to get the lay of the land and make the best use of the functionalities. Whenever I needed help adding products later, the support team was also super helpful over chat and email. I highly recommend this app.
