It offers a free video call to set up everything but I didn't need it. 100% recommend! It took me 5 days and a lot of heart ache to find the right app for pre-orders and coming soon widgets.

I've tried different preorder apps and Timesact is one of the best. I definitely recommend this if you're in need of a preorder app. User-friendly and the support team is fantastic and quick. Like Pam, who was so friendly and quick to resolve my concern. They would cater to everything you need. They even customised some codes so that the app works perfectly on my website theme. Definitely worth the money.

These guys rock! I had a couple of instances where installing other apps interfered with theirs and they fixed it within a few hours. My latest incident was caused by an upgrade in my theme and they took care of it in less than 30 minutes. The app was easy to use and they have lots of YouTube video tutorials should you need them as well. Highly recommend.

I recently installed the Timesact app and integrated it to my Shopify store. I was able to set up a free 1x1 zoom meeting with one of their reps, Solo, and it was super helpful. Solo went over all of the function within the Timesact app and gave me a demonstration on how to navigate my account and settings. Highly recommend to other users!
