Great on boarding experience. Very helpful and they will actually help you customize and set-up your functionality. So much easier to go through the onboarding experience rather than trying to figure it out (great for people like me that are not technical wizards). Will be using the pre-order tonight for a product drop. Excited to see how it this works out. Will update my review when I use the app more but so far very impressed.

So far so good! Onboarding was really helpful and I'd recommend but the app does seem straight forward to use and I like the flexible plan.

The Timesact App is exactly what I needed - an easy to set up and use Pre-Order feature. I had my onboarding call with June, who was incredibly friendly and helped me very quickly fix a couple of issues that arose because of my highly customized theme. Can definitely recommend this App and superb customer service! 5 very well deserved stars.

Exceptional onboarding experience with Rommel, and the app checks all of my pre-sale and back-in-stock needs. I was looking for a singular app that would allow me to do pre-sale/pre-orders and communicate that an item was back-in-stock, without having to install multiple apps to do that. Timesact is precisely what our business/brand needed. The app is user-friendly and the onboarding session (it's free btw) with Rommel was courteous, friendly, knowledgeinformative and we even used the session to set up one of my products for pre-order and demonstrate how the app would perform for our products from an end to end perspective. Kudos to the Timesact team for such an awesome app and for having the right customer experience and engagement touchpoints.

The app is very easy to use and intuitive. The on-boarding session is amazing. June from Timesact goes through all the functions of the app and helps to set up the app to work correctly on the site. Great pricing as well for the value that you get.

We've been testing Pre-Orders with TimesAct on our UK and US Shopify stores. The support team are very proactive with the onboarding process and helping set up products for Pre-Order. So far it's working well, there are a few little nuances around their website that you have to understand (such as waiting for it to apply the pre-order function to the Shopify products) - we also had to speak to support to fix the little 'slash' banners appearing on the collection page but as mentioned, their support is very proactive and fix things immediately. Recommended.

First i was sceptic as it automatically translated to my local language and was hard to understand as i work 99% in english. I found the flag, switched to english and it started to make sense :) I booked an onboarding session where i already had some questions prepared, and got them all sorted out. Together we made some example cases, and checked that everything worked out as planned. Rommel was very friendly and professional, and guided me through everything. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for pre-order & backorder app

Leslie was cordial and super intuitive with the app. I am continuing to play around with the control panel and interface more and its starting to flow nicely. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a Pre-Order and Restock notification App for Shopify!

So far brilliant and easy to use bearing in mind I am not very technical. I had a couple of small issues, but Rommel answered and sorted my queries very quickly. So far I think its a great app, am still testing and learning, does what I wanted at a good price. Thankyou.

Today, Rommel from the support team was very helpful. He took the time to patiently explain how to use the Timesact Pre-Order app, and when we found a few issues during setup, he promptly escalated them and resolved them within minutes. I'm very grateful for Rommel's support and know that if I have any other questions, he and the Timesact support team will be there.
