The onboarding session was so helpful. I had played around with the app and got the basics correct, but the little tweaks to the code needed for a customized Theme was beyond my capabilities, to add the banners and badges to product codes etc. I was even helped to speed up my site a little. Definitely recommend having the onboarding session

The onboarding session was so helpful, I started playing around with the app when I first downloaded it and I got stuck half way through, The on boarding session really helped clarify and supported me in where I was confused and stuck. Instead of reading a help support page, having someone there to speak to and show you some tricks and recommendations was super helpful. Thank you so much!

Really good onboarding, the app have a lot of features that are really good but could be a little confusing sometimes, but everything can get solve with customer support, easy to contact them and they are willing to help you in anything you need

Quick and simple to use. Noticed a small issue with Pre-Order tag appearing on Product page. Submitted inquiry. Fixed the issue quickly and promptly, all within a day. Great Customer Service Support.

The application is very easy to set up. The layout of the buttons needs to be changed depending on the website, but if you contact a support member, they will make the layout as requested.

I highly recommend this app for Pre-Orders! It's super easy to use and customize for your brand/website - a lot of that is done automatically. Pricing is pretty reasonable, in my opinion as well. I needed a bit of help from customer service, and they were super prompt! Thanks to Princess for the quick help!

I would totally recommend this app. I needed to set up a Pre-Order quickly so that we didn't lose sales and I found this so easy to use. I manged to set it up, change the colours of the buttons and put banners on my product to go with my theme all by myself (and this is from someone that had to be told how to share my screen!) I found it very user friendly. The only thing I would warn you of is that when you start to put a product on, it is active straight away rather than being de-active and you turning it on. This wasn't too much of a problem for me as I was doing this late at night, but could be a consideration. Just remember to turn it off first. I booked a Onboarding call as well and I would definitely suggest doing that too. As I am UK based, I had to wait a couple of days to get one that was not in the middle of the night for me but June was knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and helpful answering my questions and showing me how to change the time to a future date as an alternative to the product being active and gave me a few other pointers. Thank you June!
