Needed a pre-order option for my store and decided to try out Timesact. So far so good! Amazing support from the team. They solved my issues instantly. Haven't had such a tech support in a minute.

I had the onboarding session with Leslie, it was great. She well explained and all clear. Easy to use. the Only note I can suggest is to be able to see the number of pre order per items/sise- easy way to place a back order without missing an order.

The team at Tmesact and the Pre-order app were always quick to respond to my questions and their service helped us with our inventory and sales needs. It was a great addition to our Shopify store.

We were looking for a Pre-Order app for an upcoming launch of a new product and contacted Shopify. They recommended 3 apps and we're glad one of them was Timesact as their features, 5-star rating, and 800+ reviews made our decision very simple. Also, Timesact offered a 30-minute live on-screen setup and Q&A and no one else did! We had less than 3-days to get our Pre-Order Offer up on our site and thanks to Rommel at Timesact, who was outstanding during the live setup, our Pre-Order was up on our site in less than a day. I have not launched my website yet, but I added this app for handling pre-orders and back in stock notifications and I booked the complimentary call with Timesact to walk me through their features. June was wonderful at showing me around the back end and helping me learn what the app can do for my business and where everything is. Great app with great customer support, fast and courteous (thanks Andrei). The app is a much better option than our previous pre-order app with more functionality and features including scheduling of when pre-orders show and integrating "back in stock" email alerts into the same app

Awesome app, I've been using it for half a year and the devs continue to add new features. The sliding pricing model is great so that you only pay for what you need and the onboarding call was very helpful, although I did it many months later! Highly recommended for pre-order + OOS notifications.

Been testing this app out for pre-orders and was very pleasantly surprised by the functions as well as the support I've been getting, especially from Jonathan. They do an onboarding call plus with the new selling plan Shopify just rolled out, they also help you migrate with ease. Highly recommend!
