The onboarding session was fantastic - they set everything up and answered all my questions. The app is really configurable and does everything I need. I uninstalled another pre-order app I wasn't happy with, and am very glad I went with this one.

Timesact is a fantastic pre-order and 'restock notification' app. The UI is very simple to understand and works flawlessly. We had some concerns about order management and tags, etc. But after running two major pre-order rounds, we have experienced zero issues. I'd definitely recommend taking advantage of Timesact's free Onboarding calls. The reps are very helpful and can get the app setup within 30 minutes. Shopify is forcing major updates for apps like Timesact, and the Onboarding rep explained the whole process to me and reassured me that our store and app will continue to function normally.
