I love this app so much!! Customer service is amazing too! If you need help don't hesitate to book an onboarding call with their team, it is FREE, and they have walked me through the app, and now I'm all set! I highly recommend trying this out, their team is very knowledgable and even helped me with other things in my store!!!

Highly recommend scheduling an onboarding session. Jonathan and Rommel were very helpful and helped me confirm I had things set up properly and then showed me extra features I did not know about. Looking forward to launch day!

I just finished the free onboarding session and it was so helpful, it's a real person connecting with you over a meet and walking you through all the aspects of the app that you'll need to know. Such a helpful feature, and I could see that the parts of the app worked great!

I had a great onboarding call and highly recommend anyone who wants to use this app to sign up for the call. Without it I would have been lost! Update: I had a couple of issues/questions on the coming soon badge and Andrei solved it in just 10 minutes, highly recommend this app!

Onboarding was super great. I tend to be tech-savvy so I rolled my eyes at the prompt to set up an onboarding call. After playing around with the app myself it felt intuitive and easy, so much so that I almost canceled the onboarding call. I'm glad I didn't--the care and attention taken to our store, and our customers was fantastic. Little details that I missed were caught, and overall I understand the platform better and I know our customers will have an elevated experience as a result. Great job!

Jonathan was so helpful getting the Timesact app set up on my store. My collection page was being a bit difficult with displaying the pre-order badges but managed to get it sorted. I haven't started the sale yet but so far so good!
