First impression that it is user friendly. I do with there was a way to have better reports of orders to be able to see all items that are ordered within a time period vs looking into each customer order. Also if it integrates a whole collection like preorder collection and automatically adds new product.

Do the free onboarding session! They made this program so simple to use, and truly customized it to my exact needs and made sure I'm not overpaying for features I might not use. So far it's been really easy to integrate, I love how it helps keep communication so clear between my shop and customers so they know exactly what to expect with my pre-sale. Highly recommend!

My onboarding session with Jonathan was great. The onboarding feature is the reason I switched from one app to this one. It's so important to have the product walkthrough and have someone hear your specific questions, concerns and scenarios to reduce the time to learn the platform. Very good help articles as well.

Robert and the rest of the Timesact team are amazing. The quality of customer service and the quickness with which they address any issues and questions are unmatched. I spent a lot of time comparing Shopify apps and tbh I was still unsure at the time I chose Timesact. I now can say with confidence that I made the right decision.

Deze app is geweldig. Alle functies die je nodig hebt voor het maken van een geweldige webshop met pre-orders en alle functionaliteiten zijn hier aanwezig! Daarnaast hoef ik niks te zeggen over de snelle en altijd aanwezige klantenservice, die er voor zorgt dat alles binnen no time werkt. Een dikke 5 sterren beoordeling voor deze app zonder twijfels. Ik raad het aan iedereen aan. Twijfel je nog? Niet doen, direct downloaden!!

The guys on Timesact are absolutely amazing. I had a small isue which they sorted out within 5 mins. Quick, to the point and super reliable. Thank you guys and really happy to use this app for all my products :)

I would STRONGLY recommend Timesact - mainly because of the amazing customer service!! I am not a tech person & they are always there to help me fix it and then show me how to do it for the future!! Professional, polite and knowledgeable - absolutely awesome!!

I have just recently started using Timesact and so far the app has been great, but the tech support alone has been worth the price. I have worked with 3 different people now, and all of them were incredibly helpful and surprisingly quick to respond. I don't remember everyone's name, but Princess helped the out the most recently and most of my issues were resolved immediately, and the problems that needed more time were fixed within a couple of hours, where other services I have used would take days. So far so great! I will update again once I have had more time using Timesact!

Awesome onboarding with June and Jonathan, very helpful and clear about how to use the app. The app seems really intuitive, can't wait to use it for my pre-orders. Again, thank you June and Jonathan for your help, patience and kindness. Would totally recommend, at least trying, Timesact !
