I had been looking for a Membership App on Shopify for quite some time, but none of the existing offerings did the minimum of what you'd expect a true Membership management app to do. The Toki team truly delivered on my requirements and the experience of working with them was nothing short of remarkable. They now have developed one of the most advanced Membership management tools on the App Store, and I cannot thank them enough!

Toki had everything we were looking for with a rewards program. We were using two separate integrations for our rewards and affiliate program, but were able to streamline into one platform with Toki. Jason and the rest of the Toki team have been incredibly hands on and helpful during our onboarding process, and with anything else we've needed help customizing honestly. We had a few issues and unique cases that we didn't know how to handle, but everyone on the Toki team was able to help find a custom solution for each problem. We are looking forward to continue using Toki & seeing how much our customer appreciate it too

Clearly everyone leaving a review feels strongly about the customer service level at Toki and I couldn't agree more! You don't get that many glowing reviews without actually having the service to back it up. Jason, Nikita, Elise, and everyone at Toki has been a dream to work with. Jason answered my endless barrage of questions and concerns, immediately addressed them quicker than any other provider I've worked with, and came up with excellent solutions for our very unique tech stack. I couldn't recommend them more. The program itself is easy to use, set up, and customize. There are definitely a ton of options out there for loyalty programs, and I'm so glad we went with them. You will NOT get this level of service anywhere else! Thank you to everyone at Toki!!

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Toki. Toki fulfilled everything and more that we needed for a loyalty and membership program. But more than that, our experience with the Toki team and Jason in particular was exceptional. Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was functioning exactly how we needed. Very very happy and impressed with Toki and would recommend it to everyone!

Can't say enough great things about starting with Toki - Jason was amazing to work with to get us organized and moving with setting up our rewards platform with Toki. He scheduled a zoom meeting with me and walked me through everything and answered all my questions...and guided me through some things I hadn't considered. When I had some issues launching the program he was prompt in getting me sorted - ended up being related to a browser issue on my end. really excited to grow with our new rewards!

Elise, Jason, and the entire Toki team have been amazing from the beginning! Their willingness to help us set up and start a loyalty program for our customers has been very refreshing. The integration into Shopify made everything simple. I wanted to highlight a few things about the Toki app that I believe set it apart from the overwhelming number of choices for loyalty and reward apps out there. 1. Their Team: they take customer support seriously and their enthusiasm to figure out ways to truly customize to meet your loyalty and membership needs is huge. I've spoken with both Jason and Elise during my time on the app and they have felt like an extension of our team vs. the cold, rehearsed app sales/client success managers I'm used to. 2. Their Product: I was so impressed by what Toki was building, the sheer breadth of their features is huge. You can really feel that they are trying to be leaders in their space and innovate alongside their customers. To list a few more unique features they offer: store credit, paid memberships, apple wallet passes for in-person redemption/shopping, community channels, alliances to cross promote with other brands, exclusive member-only products, and so much more. 3. Their Design Portal: it allows you to have so much customization over their widgets whether you want a pop-up, embedded, or to build your own pages with specific sections. Other loyalty apps we've tried were very rigid in their design offering, only allowing you to customize colours, logos and icons.

We've been using Toki for our Loyalty & Membership program at Tiri Pro, and it's been an absolute game-changer! ‎ Setting it up was simple after utilizing their convenient templates, and the app integrated easily with our Shopify store. ‎ What's been really phenomenal is how Toki handles all the loyalty rewards & membership build-outs alongside our team through launch. We were able to create a really dynamic experience that allows our brand to evolve. ‎ It's made keeping our customers engaged, incentivized, and coming back for more a total cakewalk. We’re learning valuable insights, our community is getting rewarded, and it’s all done in a beautifully branded interface that we made in Toki’s backend. ‎ Our customers absolutely love the exclusive perks and how smoothly everything works for them. But with that, I've got to give a shoutout to Toki's customer service team too. Whenever we've needed help, they're right there with the answers and great advice. Can't say enough about how helpful they've been! ‎ Elise, the founder, is a total visionary, which we love (and we are too!). The Toki team has been great in supporting our referral campaign. Despite their small team size, they consistently delivered updates promptly to meet our needs. Their flexible billing structure has been particularly useful, allowing us to test the market before making a significant budget commitment, unlike many of their competitors. I recommend Toki to anyone in need of a referral program integration. Give them a try, and you'll be glad you did.
