Jason, our support point of contact, was absolutely amazing! It took us quite a bit of time to get everything fully set up on our end for our loyalty program, and throughout the entire process, Jason was patient, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help us get the Toki side of things configured correctly and running smoothly. Any time we had questions or needed clarification, he was quick to jump in with clear guidance and thoughtful solutions. His support made what could have been a very overwhelming process feel much more manageable. We truly could not have gotten everything up and running as efficiently without his help. We’re very grateful for Jason’s partnership and highly recommend working with him—thank you for the outstanding support!

We migrated from a very basic loyalty system to Toki, and what a difference it is! We can engage our customers much more via challenges, quizzes etc and thus create a community. The support is outstanding. Thank you Jason & team!

I was after a simple program that could offer customers discounts and perks for their loyalty. Everything was easy to set up and the help from the support team to make sure everything showed in a simple format for my customers was fast and on point!

Great program, all the right tools are here to set your business up for success, and their team, particularly Jason, is SUPER helpful for getting everything set up and dialed in immediately. As someone who has gone through countless add-ons to my shopify store that have been a waist, this is one of the good ones. Can't wait to see what they continue to develop!

I’ve had a great experience using this app. The customer support team is outstanding they respond quickly, are incredibly helpful, and truly go the extra mile to solve any issues. Every time I’ve encountered an inconvenience, they’ve provided a prompt and effective solution. It’s refreshing to use an app where you feel supported every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Toki has a lot of great features that we were looking for, specifically the ability to do loyalty and have a wallet pass in one platform, and for a much better price than some other options we've used before. Jason has been so available and helpful to us during set up or whenever any issues have arisen, and he's even called out some things he noticed with our program after it went live. Jason and the team have also been very accommodating to features and updates that we've expressed desire for and done things to improve the platform based on our direct feedback with him. I do think the UI could perhaps get some updates to be a little clearer, but Jason has always been available to help us execute anything or help us work through snags so that hasn't really been an actual issue for us. Overall a great a loyalty option for a smaller company that still wants more robust features without the enormous cost of things like Yotpo.

Before choosing Toki, we tested several popular loyalty apps, and Toki outperformed them all. Its functionality and pricing are genuinely unmatched. Jason’s customer support has been exceptional, and the team has been incredibly accommodating to our specific program goals. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a cost-effective, customisable, and powerful loyalty app.

Been using toki for a while now, and Jason n his team have been fantastic, before we started they did a full onboarding video chat, to show us how it works (its a little daunting at first) but once you understand it your away and laughing, even messaged and asked for a little bit of custom work and it was done within 24 hours, Top Notch support. AAA+++

Using the Toki Loyalty Program has been a wonderful experience for us. The platform is easy to set up and offers a high level of customisation, which makes managing our loyalty programme seamless. I’d also like to highlight Jason’s support throughout the setup process — he has been extremely cooperative, responsive, and patient in answering all my questions, even with the time difference between Canada and Singapore. Truly grateful for his guidance and the excellent service provided.

Cost, Service and Delivery - Toki has it all. For any business that is struggling to work out what to work with to delivery a great experience for their customers you must be able to adopt new approaches. I've been doing my business for 12 years and no loyalty app even comes close to the delivery by this team. Safe to say I'm telling everyone I know about it. Need custom methods to reward customers? No problems. Need a way to showcase the widgets and integrate it directly into customer accounts - not a problem. In fact I havent gotten through to a problem they could not solve. And this is why it is worth every penny - which is bursting with value. You simply can't go wrong on this one.

I have been using Toki for a different client since May 2025 and have found it to exceed my expectations. The capabilities of the app are very impressive and pretty much everything is customisable which is awesome. The best thing about the app is the incredible customer service, they really go above and beyond to help you get everything set up (as getting set up with any loyalty app can be a big task). Be aware that they are a small team based in Canada so you may not get instant responses however this has never impacted us in a bad way and I really value the help from Jason. Overall our customers have also responded really well to the program and we are very happy, would definetly recommend and I’m excited to see these guys really take off.

As the other echoing, our experience with Toki has been stellar. We've migrated loyalty platforms in the past, and our migration experience with Toki was extremely smooth. This is in huge part to the quick, efficient, and amazing support, so big shout out to Jason, Nikita, and the rest of the Toki team. As far as the features go, it has virtually everything you'll need, and my experience is that if there is a feature gap, the team is more than willing to look into it (and if so, deployment is quick). There's a robust list of integrations to work with, and the widget is more than just a loyalty widget as it can act as your customer hub for anything account related. Another huge draw for us was having Apple & Google Wallet Passes natively built in. Like many merchants, in addition to ecomm, we have brick and mortar locations, and manually attaching customers to the cart at the POS level can be a bit burdensome for all involved. The QR code and/or wallet pass massively alleviates this issue, and also adds to your store's branding and user experience. It still feels we're just scratching the surface of what's possible feature-wise. All in all, we're super happy to have landed at Toki - the product that the team delivers is 5/5!
