Cost, Service and Delivery - Toki has it all. For any business that is struggling to work out what to work with to delivery a great experience for their customers you must be able to adopt new approaches. I've been doing my business for 12 years and no loyalty app even comes close to the delivery by this team. Safe to say I'm telling everyone I know about it. Need custom methods to reward customers? No problems. Need a way to showcase the widgets and integrate it directly into customer accounts - not a problem. In fact I havent gotten through to a problem they could not solve. And this is why it is worth every penny - which is bursting with value. You simply can't go wrong on this one.

I have been using Toki for a different client since May 2025 and have found it to exceed my expectations. The capabilities of the app are very impressive and pretty much everything is customisable which is awesome. The best thing about the app is the incredible customer service, they really go above and beyond to help you get everything set up (as getting set up with any loyalty app can be a big task). Be aware that they are a small team based in Canada so you may not get instant responses however this has never impacted us in a bad way and I really value the help from Jason. Overall our customers have also responded really well to the program and we are very happy, would definetly recommend and I’m excited to see these guys really take off.

As the other echoing, our experience with Toki has been stellar. We've migrated loyalty platforms in the past, and our migration experience with Toki was extremely smooth. This is in huge part to the quick, efficient, and amazing support, so big shout out to Jason, Nikita, and the rest of the Toki team. As far as the features go, it has virtually everything you'll need, and my experience is that if there is a feature gap, the team is more than willing to look into it (and if so, deployment is quick). There's a robust list of integrations to work with, and the widget is more than just a loyalty widget as it can act as your customer hub for anything account related. Another huge draw for us was having Apple & Google Wallet Passes natively built in. Like many merchants, in addition to ecomm, we have brick and mortar locations, and manually attaching customers to the cart at the POS level can be a bit burdensome for all involved. The QR code and/or wallet pass massively alleviates this issue, and also adds to your store's branding and user experience. It still feels we're just scratching the surface of what's possible feature-wise. All in all, we're super happy to have landed at Toki - the product that the team delivers is 5/5!

The Only Referral App You Need! After testing over ten different referral apps on the Shopify App Store, I can confidently say that Toki is the only one worth using, especially if you're looking to reward customers based on actions (such as account sign-ups) rather than purchases. Most apps claimed to support this functionality, but after digging into each one and wasting time back and forth with slow overseas support teams (many of whom only offered calls at inconvenient hours), it became clear none of them could deliver. A few offered custom builds, but only if our store signed up for expensive premium tiers, some exceeding $250/month. I was beginning to think this kind of referral program wasn’t possible without a ridiculous cost. Then I found Toki. From the moment I installed the app, I could tell this app was top tier. The UI is far easier to navigate than the others I tried. Shortly after downloading, Jason from the Toki team reached out. We jumped on a call, and he personally walked us through setting up our campaign. The exact referral feature we needed required a slight adjustment, and Toki was more than happy to help. Jason had the feature ready by the next day, and it worked flawlessly. I’ve worked with many app developers while managing this Shopify store, and without question, Toki has provided the best support we've experienced. They’re fast, professional, thoughtful, and communicate clearly (and in perfect English). We're thrilled to have found Toki. This referral initiative is just the start, we’re excited to continue building a full loyalty program with their platform. Highly recommend.

We recently integrated this loyalty platform into our website, and it's been such a smooth experience so far. The platform itself is really intuitive. It was easy to set up, and it actually looks great on-site, which was important for us. One of the big highlights was the customer service. Jason was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the entire process, from scoping out what we needed to getting it all implemented. He was great at giving us recommendations and best practices too, which made a huge difference. There are a lot of solid features baked in already, and I’m keen to see the results roll in as our customers start using the program. I also like that it integrates with our CRM, which makes managing everything simpler. Excited to explore even more features like quizzes and advanced analytics as we go. Excellent app with powerful features and outstanding support We’ve been using TOK on our Shopify store and it’s been an excellent experience. The app offers a wide range of features that make it easy to set up and manage loyalty programs for customers, as well as benefits for promoters. Everything is intuitive and well designed. What truly stands out is the support. Jason has been incredibly helpful and kind, always finding solutions to our requests. He even created custom video tutorials that I was able to share with my team—an amazing touch. The app includes great integrations and allows you to reward points for custom activities, which gives us flexibility to align the program with our brand. We are an omnichannel retailer who needed a loyalty program that would provide meaningful customer engagement online while offering simplicity and ease of use in Shopify POS. TOKI has surpassed our expectations in both regards. What we love: -the integration with Apple and Google wallets out of the box -the flexibility with program rewards which support 1:1 dollar matching, or points for rewards, or both -the depth of reward options available in the shopifyPOS app -the astounding speed at which support requests are reviewed, responded to, and resolved. What took some time to get comfortable with: -the nomenclature and controls. this is a very, very flexible/customizable platform, and with that comes complexity and a learning curve that's it really. We are only 30 days post launch, but i feel we have encountered a full set of use cases that give me confidence in this partnership going forward.
