Toki is an incredible app — I can’t recommend it enough! We use it to power our membership program and needed a few custom features. Their support and dev team were fast, helpful, and genuinely eager to implement the changes we needed. If you're looking for a Shopify-integrated app that handles paid memberships, wishlists, rewards, and more — Toki is the one to go with.

Excellent app, I love that it can connect with other brand stores and we can share points. This really unlocks loyalty and rewards and takes it to a new level. Top notch customer service, great value for the money, especially after trying almost every other loyalty program out there.

Toki really has all of the products and systems that we have been looking for! Excellent app with powerful features and outstanding support We’ve been using TOK on our Shopify store and it’s been an excellent experience. The app offers a wide range of features that make it easy to set up and manage loyalty programs for customers, as well as benefits for promoters. Everything is intuitive and well designed. What truly stands out is the support. Jason has been incredibly helpful and kind, always finding solutions to our requests. He even created custom video tutorials that I was able to share with my team—an amazing touch. The app includes great integrations and allows you to reward points for custom activities, which gives us flexibility to align the program with our brand. User interfaces are clean and easy to use both for us and for our customers. Highly recommended!

We are an omnichannel retailer who needed a loyalty program that would provide meaningful customer engagement online while offering simplicity and ease of use in Shopify POS. TOKI has surpassed our expectations in both regards. What we love: -the integration with Apple and Google wallets out of the box -the flexibility with program rewards which support 1:1 dollar matching, or points for rewards, or both -the depth of reward options available in the shopifyPOS app -the astounding speed at which support requests are reviewed, responded to, and resolved. What took some time to get comfortable with: -the nomenclature and controls. this is a very, very flexible/customizable platform, and with that comes complexity and a learning curve that's it really. We are only 30 days post launch, but i feel we have encountered a full set of use cases that give me confidence in this partnership going forward.

I had been looking for a Membership App on Shopify for quite some time, but none of the existing offerings did the minimum of what you'd expect a true Membership management app to do. The Toki team truly delivered on my requirements and the experience of working with them was nothing short of remarkable. Toki had everything we were looking for with a rewards program. We were using two separate integrations for our rewards and affiliate program, but were able to streamline into one platform with Toki. Jason and the rest of the Toki team have been incredibly hands on and helpful during our onboarding process, and with anything else we've needed help customizing honestly. We had a few issues and unique cases that we didn't know how to handle, but everyone on the Toki team was able to help find a custom solution for each problem. Clearly everyone leaving a review feels strongly about the customer service level at Toki and I couldn't agree more! You don't get that many glowing reviews without actually having the service to back it up. Jason, Nikita, Elise, and everyone at Toki has been a dream to work with. Jason answered my endless barrage of questions and concerns, immediately addressed them quicker than any other provider I've worked with, and came up with excellent solutions for our very unique tech stack. I couldn't recommend them more. The program itself is easy to use, set up, and customize. There are definitely a ton of options out there for loyalty programs, and I'm so glad we went with them. You will NOT get this level of service anywhere else! Thank you to everyone at Toki!!

Can't say enough great things about starting with Toki - Jason was amazing to work with to get us organized and moving with setting up our rewards platform with Toki. He scheduled a zoom meeting with me and walked me through everything and answered all my questions...and guided me through some things I hadn't considered. When I had some issues launching the program he was prompt in getting me sorted - ended up being related to a browser issue on my end. really excited to grow with our new rewards!
