The best tracking order app out there very customizable and ideal customer service
Very satisfied with the support, fast, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Salma for her patience and assistance. Removing the Track123 branding was a big plus. I haven’t fully tested the app yet, but so far it looks clean, intuitive and well designed.
We’ve had a really great experience with this app. In the beginning, we had some challenges getting it properly integrated with our local carrier, Danske Fragtmænd. The tracking wasn’t fully aligned with their system, which made it difficult to give customers accurate updates. However, the support team was incredibly responsive and solution-oriented. They took the time to understand our setup and worked closely with us to fix the integration issues. Now everything works exactly as it should. Tracking updates are accurate, reliable, and perfectly synced with Danske Fragtmænd, which has significantly improved our customer experience. Highly recommended if you’re running a store in Denmark and need solid tracking functionality
