While support was good and the UI was easy, it lacks some features other apps offer, such as the ability to both monitor shipping within Shopify's dashboard and use custom emails (seems you can only do one or the other). Also, I'm always paranoid about adding a new tracking app, in case customers receive dated or duplicate emails, so I checked with support that this definitely wouldn't happen. I was assured, but the day after adding the app and turning on notifications, I got a customer email replying to a Track123 "Delivered" email they just received, for an order that was actually delivered a week ago. No idea yet how many other customers received these emails, but it's exactly what I wanted to avoid.

I'm trying to get someone from customer service to help me. He's been helping me but he's not very responsive. It shows the wrong number of orders I have, it says I have 100 more orders than I actually do and it's eating up my quota. I need HELP NOW! My tracking is not updating.
