I regret from paying a full year. The app crash constantly, is slow and the database is outdated. To get the last tracking I have to go to the carrier website anyway. It has about 1 day of delays.

Regarding the issues you mentioned: App crashes & slow performance: This is not expected behavior. Our team is actively monitoring system stability, and we’d really like to investigate your specific case to identify what’s causing this. Tracking delays (~1 day): In most cases, this depends on carrier update frequency and API sync intervals. However, a full-day delay is not typical for the majority of carriers we support, so we’d like to check this for you. Outdated tracking vs carrier website: We aim to sync tracking data as close to real-time as possible, and if there’s a discrepancy, it’s something we take very seriously. We previously reached out via email but haven’t heard back yet — we’d truly appreciate it if you could reply. While support was good and the UI was easy, it lacks some features other apps offer, such as the ability to both monitor shipping within Shopify's dashboard and use custom emails (seems you can only do one or the other). Also, I'm always paranoid about adding a new tracking app, in case customers receive dated or duplicate emails, so I checked with support that this definitely wouldn't happen. I was assured, but the day after adding the app and turning on notifications, I got a customer email replying to a Track123 "Delivered" email they just received, for an order that was actually delivered a week ago. No idea yet how many other customers received these emails, but it's exactly what I wanted to avoid.
