We’re so happy we made the switch to Track123. It has a much more aesthetically pleasing interface and it’s easy for our customers to use. The back end was super simple to set up and customer support is friendly and helpful.

Track123 provides a must have service for any online store. The app regularly sends reports that inform you about your sales and allows you and the customers to look up an order via a simple page that can be implemented right in your store.

Love the ease of use. Customers love this feature. Every store should have a form of tracking on their site! Helps reduce customer emails so I can focus on the needle moving tasks.

So far so good. I have no complaints and they work as advertised. Setup was easy as was store integration.

I would say by far the best app that offers a free plan for order tracking! It takes the user experience to a whole new level. The customer support is very kind and responsive aswell.
