J'étais en panique totale car sur ma page Admin je pouvais suivre les commandes de mes clients mais les clients ne pouvaient pas suivre leurs commandes sur le site. J'ai discuté avec Salma qui a été patiente et courtoise, elle m'a aidé à gérer le problème de la façon la plus simple et efficace. Franchement Chapeau à elle, elle maitrise ce qu'elle fait? Wonderful assistance from support when you need help, and I've tested a few other tracking apps; they are so outdated, this one has a nice modern touch and feel, and so far has everything I need for a tracking app.

Ich habe außerhalb der Geschäftszeiten ein Request gestellt. Welcher innerhalb von 8h trotzdem bearbeitet wurde, obwohl sie sonst erst 3 Tage später im Dienst wären. Super und vielen Dank nochmal

Track123 has been easy to get up and running, and has already made an impact on our "where's my package" outreach. Customizing the landing page was easy. Customer service is very helpful. Highly recommend.

For US users like us, it does not match any tracking from carriers besides UPS, FedEx, and USPS. It won't match the tracking if you ship LTL via RL Carrier, Southeastern Freight, ABF, Estes, AAA, Saia, etc. Setting this up was a waste of time and money. The information the app integrates with the vast list of carriers should be removed from their page.

We understand how frustrating it must have been, and we sincerely apologize that our app didn’t meet your expectations. Currently, Track123 correctly identifies the carrier for 99.8% of shipments. However, some LTL carriers like RL Carrier, Southeastern Freight, ABF, Estes, and others use purely numeric tracking numbers with nearly identical formats, which makes accurate auto-detection extremely difficult across systems. We genuinely appreciate you pointing this out—it highlights an area where we need to keep improving. Enhancing recognition for LTL carriers is already on our development roadmap, and your input will help us prioritize it further. Thank you again for trying Track123. Way simpler to get started with than Aftership and their customer support is very fast.
