This app is amazing. It really helps you to gain your customers confidence by giving them the option to follow theire orders. Its also very easy to add it to your website.

Lovely app, I spent almost no time setting it up. And since I'm a beginning store the free plan is great. A lot of free value for my customers! And when I start paying at 300 orders/month it's still very manageable at <0,1 EURO per order.

What really stands out to me is how comprehensive the tracking details are—every step of the delivery process is clearly outlined, and I can even see the estimated delivery time with impressive accuracy. The app supports a wide range of carriers, which means I can track all my orders in one place, whether they’re coming from local stores or international sellers.

The customer service is fantastic, especially Salma, who provided helpful information and went above and beyond to assist me with a minor issue that was most likely unrelated to their app. The app's tracking page looks great on my store and is simple to use. With the ability to to automatically send tracking info to Paypal, the great way of show customers the tracking, and a Dropship option for tracking numbers, it's the best app if you are shipping products from overseas to the US. I recommend it!
