Amazing application. The setup is easy. Everything is user-friendly; you have the option to edit everything. The support team is prompt; if you have any problem they are available to resolve your issue. Overall a great application for tracking.

Great app works the way its supposed to, easy setup and install. I did a trial run with it and I really liked the way it was configured on my checkout page.

Installed easily and integrated well into the Shopify FLOW so we can email customers the day after their order is actually delivered. Added the tracking page to the top navigation bar which will make it easier for customers to track their order by Order number.

Such an amazing app for any type of Dropshipping business with the ability to obscure certain details you might not want your customers to see once an order is processed/shipped. Highly recommend to any new store looking for ways to improve their customer experience.

I downloaded the app tonight, and I reached out to service for help implementing my less common shipping carrier. Alex was so helpful and helped me with setup in the matter of minutes. Also, there was little-to-no setup needed to get the tracking page live, which is awesome. Integrates well with my theme as well. Thank you!

Track123 has been useful for tracking orders for our customers. It's customization options give it more flexibility than other apps. I enjoyed the free version, unfortunately they are moving to a pricing model. Because of this, I might seek out other options.
