Great support and very helpful team! I had an issue with the dashboard and pixel configuration, and they responded immediately. We jumped on a Zoom call, and they walked me through everything step-by-step. They explained the settings clearly, fixed the pixel setup, and made sure everything was working properly.

Terrible Experience — Completely Broke My Tracking This app literally destroyed my tracking setup. As soon as I connected TikTok and Meta through Trackify, everything stopped working — no sales, no data, and my ads started wasting money with zero return. The support team is extremely slow — they told me to book a meeting after two days while I’m losing money every single day. That’s unacceptable for an app that claims to offer “advanced tracking.” On top of that, the app keeps logging me out for no reason, which makes managing anything even more frustrating. Honestly, this app is a total mess. I don’t recommend anyone to fall into this trap. I’ll be removing it immediately.

When we reviewed your setup earlier, everything was configured correctly and the TikTok pixel issue you first reported had already been fixed. You reached out about the new issue on Saturday, during the weekend when our team is only partially available. We had already shared the calendly link beforehand, and the next available meeting slot you saw was on Monday — it wasn’t that we asked you to book two days later, it was simply the earliest open time. We also sent follow-up messages and were ready to arrange a weekend call since you mentioned it was urgent, but by the time we checked your reply, the app had already been uninstalled and the review posted. You also scheduled the Monday call, but no one joined from your end. We wanted to connect because you mentioned the issue started after connecting TikTok, and sometimes such problems can come from the platform side, which is why a meeting is important. Regarding the app logging you out — that is normal behavior. When your Facebook or TikTok session expires, Trackify logs you out for security reasons, but this does not affect tracking. Tracking continues in the background, and you only need to log in again if you want to make changes such as connecting new pixels or catalogs. We truly value your feedback and would have been happy to fix everything with you on a call. If you ever decide to give Trackify another try, we’ll be more than glad to assist you personally and make sure your tracking runs smoothly.

First thing you'll see after the installation is the subscription annually option you can't pass, even you just want a month... looks really scammy at this point. App couldn't be tested yet.

Just to clarify—annual billing is optional, and you always have full control to choose monthly or annual plans inside the app. The monthly plan is automatically assigned based on your Shopify subscription tier, and you also get a 7-day free trial to test the app before paying. We noticed the app was installed for only about 12 minutes, and no message was sent to our support team before leaving this review. We also emailed you after you uninstalled the app to clarify, but didn’t receive any response. We’re always happy to help and clear up any confusion. – Trackify Support

I’ve been using the Trackify app for our Shopify store for a long time, and their support has always been excellent with quick responses. Today, I noticed through the Chrome Pixel Helper extension that our store’s currency was being recorded incorrectly. Even though our official currency is set to GBP, the pixel was showing USD in certain sections. I immediately reached out to the Trackify support team, and Etienne along with their dev team resolved the issue within 30 minutes. I highly recommend this app to anyone running a Shopify store who wants reliable pixel and API tracking.

This plugin is incredibly difficult to use. I followed the instructions to activate it, but the pixel didn't install correctly. I contacted support, and they just mechanically told me the plugin was working properly. However, I tried several different ways to test it, and they all showed the pixel wasn't installed in my store. I highly recommend this plugin; it's incredibly difficult to use, and the poor support is truly disgusting.
Sorry for the confusion you experienced. Trackify was installed and set up correctly, but the issue you faced was due to a browser cache conflict, which can prevent Pixel Helper from showing the correct data. We recommended checking in Incognito Mode, clearing your cache, or doing a hard refresh — any of these steps would have resolved the issue. Our team also offered to walk you through the fix on a Zoom call and provided a scheduling link, but unfortunately, this was declined. We’re always happy to provide step-by-step assistance to ensure everything works smoothly. Please know that our support team remains available anytime you’d like to give Trackify another try.

Trackify deinstalled but we still seeing TrackifyXRetarget event in fb manager, why?
Thank you for your feedback. Since Trackify has already been uninstalled, the TrackifyXRetarget event is no longer firing from your store. What you are seeing in Facebook Manager is most likely historical data or a result of your browser cache. We recommend clearing your cache to view the latest data. Rest assured, no active events are running from Trackify anymore.
