Customer service was very supportive. Tanmay provided excellent assistance, ensuring everything went smoothly. The live chat also responded quickly and clearly whenever we had any concerns. Highly recommend their service!

Ive tried other apps but the results were bad. I don't know how trackify does it I only trust them for my reporting that i've now added it to all of my stores. It actually sends over the majority of the data which helps me scale my fb ads.

Helpful for having better stats and analytics. Easy to configure and seems that it helps for firing more events to FB Ads. Had some issues with a translation app, but they found a solution. Thanks particularly to Dylan for the help.

Great help for my tracking. Now I can make accurate decisions based on date. Also facebook is not directly connected to my store which is important for me regarding blocks. Now I can finally move on again! Thanks Trackify!

I used trackify to configure my facebook pixel, and also they were quick to make a videocall with me and make sure everything was configured properly and optimize the results.

The app is so helpful for any Shopify store. I want to give a shoutout to the customer support team, in particular Deepanyjoy! He spent a half hour helping me set everything up! I used trackify about 2 years ago, the app was great, but the support team at the time was rude. My experience today really changed my mind about this team and app! Thank you!

Deepanjoy is the man! he was super patient and helped me as much as possible! i was able to move my pixel from 1 location to the other. highly recommend Deepanjoy and the app. It has also helped me track so much better than ever before!

Just started using the app. Very easy to install and the tutorial videos help alot. First thing i did was back up my pixel. Customer support was fast to respond as well to make sure my installation was correct.

Some of the settings are a bit confusing and hard to understand, but for what I needed this for (getting accurate pixel data) it works really well (so far, at least... only been using it for a day). If your ads manager isn't giving you accurate data since iOS 14 then I'd definitely recommend this

Great Support! I had a big pixel problem already before I installed trackify. Could solve the problem together with trackify within a few minutes via zoom.
