This is by far the best translation app on Shopify. I have tried them all, and Transcy's ability to let one manually edit translations is powerfully unique and simple to use. If I could leave a separate review for the customer service behind this team, I would. The ability to chat on demand with team members immediately is incredibly helpful. They have honestly exceeded my expectations, helping me with every single issue that I had, patiently and quickly, at no extra cost!
