一進入頁面時，不知道該怎麼使用，但客服對話直接秀出來，跟我打招呼，並且盡心地引導、教導我如何使用Trancy，以致於我能很快的讓我的網站提供不同的語言版本，而且隨時提供幫助，解決我的疑問，讓我的網站在不到十分鐘的時候就能被翻譯成另一個語言！真是非常感謝

We used this app to translate one e-shop to Greek. It worked pretty well although there were issues and bugs. The reason I am giving it 5 stars is the amazing 24/7 support! They reply almost instantly in the chat & provide fixes - even code updates pretty fast! It also has a free trial to find out whether it suits your needs - so I recommend trying it out!

I've been using this app for about a month now, and so far their customer service has been phenomenal. My rep Lisa has been extremely responsive, and has already helped with a number of issues with getting everything up and running. Any time I have had a technical issue or question (which has been frequent), Lisa responds in ten minutes or less and has most issues figured out within 30 minutes so I can keep working! Literally cannot recommend this app enough, especially for small businesses.
