Cool App! I installed for the multi-lang setting ( the only one with the ability to translate & replace images!), but really impressed with the kind support. Chouxie is ready to help once I installed it. She helped me to finish most of the settings, and is really nice to talk.

I use the app for translating from German to English and for currency conversion € to US$. The result is very good, even if you have to manually edit/translate some passages. This happens with hard-coded texts and/or texts for data protection etc. when too complicated word/character combinations make the translation impossible. However, the app offers a warning so that you don't have to search for a long time. I also had a technical problem that was solved quickly and very professionally by Customer Service! Thank you for that. All in all, I am very satisfied with the result so far.

I am using the new dawn theme and translated my entire shops in no time. The translation was very accurate from German to English. Also there is a greta feature to overwrite the translation manually whenever you think it's needed. They offer a great support, blasting fast answer and answered my question. Thanks again. Wow! Want a free and easy way to translate your site to another language? This is it. Who doesn't need the ability to translate to at least Spanish? Easiest app I've found - and I've gone through several. I had a few questions and the chat was on point! I had an issue with the mobile feature not working and they requested access to the basic Shopify partner features and when the chat helper couldn't fix it, they sent their tech department and had it fixed within an hour. Then followed up to make sure it worked. SERVICE, baby!! That is beyond important these day. Thank you, Transcy!!!
