Very quick and easy to setup with just a few clicks. Had one minor issue of adding the chosen language to the switcher, but was instantly rectified after a very short wait with their support team.

I have only just started using this app. The customer service so far has been 10/10. They have made suggestions on how they can help me without me even asking them first. they are all over it.

The app is quite intuitive and easy to use. I would still have liked to receive by email after the installation a short guide of the steps to properly install the application. However, I received help very quickly from Lisa to help me integrate the application into my theme (which is not supported by the application). The application translated the majority of my products well, but I had to translate all the variants individually on my 300 products. Parts of my website weren't translating correctly and developers helped me fix it in less than 24 hours. Still satisfied with the application and the support received.

I really like this app. It is so easy to use. The only think it's missing is the possibility to change the translation from third party apps. Right now it automatically translate from your own language to the selected language with no possibility to make changes to the translation. Sometimes you have to make changes to the translation, so it sounds right and grammatical is correct. So I really hope this will be something that soon will be available :)

more than 3 months trying the app. I tried everything. I set up languages manually. more than 2 days working on it. And suddenly one day the app changed everything, and the website has been plenty of errors. Until today, I can't find a solution. The app is not intuitive. and is not responsive. The techs and support try really hard, but the app is really bad. I don't understand how the app have 5 stars. The app is one of the worst apps that I've ever tried. The app should be taken down of the shopify store.

As you said that one day the app changed and everything what you have edited has gone, as usual although our app has released some updated versions recently, your setting in app will not be affected at all, it still keeps as it should be unless you change your theme. In case you did not change theme, we need to investigate further to find the root cause. From this disadvantage, our Dev team is building a system to track what customer has changed in our app, in case your setting is lost in accident, we will have a backup file for you, so I highly appreciate your empathy in this situation.
