I think their customer service is excellent. Grace helped me with some details. If you haven't used this kind of software before, it's better to ask them for help, because there are some places where they point out and it works quickly.

Used the app to translate into one other language, worked flawlessly. Autotranslation available but all content can be edited to meet your needs. Would recommend. Contacted support once, they helped really quick and efficient, friendly staff as well.

Would have chosen another app if I could rewind - im using dawn 2.0 & it's just not working as it should.. Support is very responsive and helpful - but it seems like from my end - A lot of small issues / bugs.. Just doesn't work properly tons of places where I suddenly need to update my translations again, html tags included in text all of a sudden. Reverting to old translations without any cause, using 20 USD subscription..

Great app for translation.. The support is great with very fast reply to your questions.. Easy to manage all your translation with the transcy app.. The app also lest you change photos for different languages.. Would like to have a feature that lets you also change the link of the photo that way I could arrange for example all the product categories on the home page in alphabetical order when translated into another language.
