Updated review: After the documentation of the issues during setup and soon after. Grace has really gone above and beyond to help us with our translation. We had to get a developer to implement the checkout but Grace was able to help us in other regards, it hasn't been a smooth road by any means but Grace is a huge asset to her company. One of the most frustrating experiences with any app support that I've ever experienced. Multiple issues upon installation - including checkout translation not working. Support fixed this but then had an issue with product filter and search app not being translated and then an issue with mobile users being stuck in a 404 loop resulting in our website being unusable. These issues were eventually fixed but now checkout is not being translated again and now their support says they can't fix it. Extremely frustrating

Very helpful customer support! Some minor bugs when running with various third party themes, but most of them managed to get resolved. Overall a good translator app.

We tried many translation apps, wasted time and effort. But when we shifted to Transcy, in under 5 minutes our store was prefect! All our addon apps and FAQ's were translated as well which made our customer experience better. Their support is great fast and helpful. 5 Stars!

I would recommend this app for an all you need translation apps. As a website builder whats important for me is how easy it is to be able to translate on a page level, replace images, SEO TRANSLATIONS and have it in proper subfolders. The support on Transcy is quick and they do solve your issues. For me i had some trouble with my theme displaying the switcher, they took care of this completely.

I downloaded this App about 5 minutes ago and the entire store is already translated in French. I was nervous at first as I am using multiple Apps and I was not sur if Translate - Transcy would translate the outcome of the other Apps. Thank you for creating this App :)
