Die App macht einen hochwertigen aber einfach zu bedienenden Eindruck! Sehr selbsterklärend und auch die Übersetzung ist top! Vielen Dank an Dory für den Support! Ich hatte die App kaum installiert, als ich von ihr bereits auf einen Fehler zwischen der App und meinem Theme hingewiesen wurde. Und dieser Fehler wurde von ihr direkt für mich behoben! Daumenhoch! Update: Ich hatte Probleme den Switcher für mich gut zu platzieren und letztlich Sonderwünsche wo und wie er angezeigt werden soll. Ich habe noch nie solch einen guten, netten, schnellen Support erlebt wie hier! Und nein, ich bekomme kein Geld für diese Rezi! ;) Ich bin einfach sehr begeistert! Die App ist top, die Bedienung ist super easy und wenn man mal nicht weiterkommt, der Support ist einfach mega! Thanks to Dory, Anna, Jennifer & Teresa!

I appreciated the Transcy offer so I signed up and almost immediately ran into problems (probably of my own making as I am a Shopify newby) Jennifer from the customer services chat got back to me immediately, guided me through the servicing, connected the technical support and got my problem solved. It is very convenient. It can automatically translate the store language into multiple languages, switch according to the customer's geographic location, and manually proofread the language of the target country. There is also a surprise that you can upload the product images of the country separately for different countries.

The customer support is so good. I asked a lot of questions to John from the app, and he always give me answers. The app UI dashboard is clear to use and also provides video tutorials explaining how to set up on Shopify Store. I do recommend Trancy to other merchants or store owners.

I was having a headache with how to make the language that i have configured in the app to appear in the switcher but couldn't. Just switched to the essential plan and got contacted by my customer success manager Jane, didn't take her a minute and the switcher was working perfectly. Really awesome five star for that. The Essential plan is much better than the other plan less worry.
