Had some minor issues with the app and then contacted their support and Polaris was extremely fast on fixing the problem and keeping me updated about it. I'm very pleased with their service and the actual app does translate very well ! I'd recommend in a heartbeat

Cris did a great job!!!!! Quick help when we need it most. UPDATE: we've been using Transcy for a while now and the support is very responsive. No issue there. However, it seems like we've had issues every other week or so. The app is very buggy and needs constant attention. Also, every time there is an update, you'll find out because there will be issues in your store. VERY frustrating!!! This app works but it needs constant attention. It tends to work in spurts and regularly will break your store and cause massive 404 errors and redirects.... User be ware.

Definitely recommend this app! We decided to try the Premium Free Trial to get a feel for what the app is capable of, and we're impressed. We'll be moving to paid subscription without a doubt. Currently we're translating 5-6 different languages at the moment, incorporating the use of OpenAi & DeepL which have done a fantastic job. There were some small technical issues with the site that took place during the translation process but support was FAST to help, and Giselle had our site back to normal within 30 minutes. Thank you! If you're looking to expand into new markets, this app is the real deal.

Checked out this app because of the limitations of the Shopify App and because of special coding on our site, I needed the tech team to help me get everything installed where I wanted it. Communication is 100% and willingness to make sure everything is good before they get off the line is unmatched. Highly recommended!

Easy to use, yet complex enough to handle the needs of an established midsize brand. Support is over the top helpful, many things we had thought we would need developer help for were resolved via a simple chat with Giselle and the other helpful reps. Only about a month in, but loving it so far!

Die App macht Ihren Job auf den von uns getesteten Sprachebenen (DE/EN/AR/ZH/ES/FR) zu 98% sehr gut. Die letzten 2% sind dann korrekturen in der logik und den Bildmaterialien. It took a while to get up and running and (as usual with these apps) I needed to establish contact to resolve something simple, which meant they could chase for a positive customer service review. After using it for quite some time, they have considerably changed the subscription models, massively hiking the prices. Tnhey continue to take the monthly subscription fee whilst preventing access to the app, until I commit to the new and extortionate monthly subscription.
