The plug-in works really well and is fairly priced. Also the service was beyond amazing. I had the chance to work with Flora and you can tell she was taking extra care to offer me the greatest experience possible. I was able to have exactly what we need our switcher to look like on all screen resolution the same day we ask, so the service was way beyond my expectation. I strongly recommend people to use this tool for multilingual shopify site! :) I feel like if I need significant custom change overtime, the developper team might consider my demand more than other shopify translation plug-in, because this company seems to be really customer oriented! I think it’s gonna be a longterm partnership between us… cheers! :)

Jennifer was so helpful and quick to answer all my questions. I have reached out to her once again, and again she has been able to help me a lot! i used the free trial plan to translate to local language. there were some issues in the setup stage, but the customer service lady Nancy was extremely helpful and patient. As a SMB struggling to do everything on my own, it was so nice to have someone so helpful!

This is a nice transaltion app, with fully automatic translate function yet somehow the content of 3-rd party app cannot be manually edited. That's a limit, otherwise you will have to edit it string by string, that's a way to make sure you have the exact right transaltion you want. You can say it's a good point though. The powerful support team is super helpful, esp Teresa, the best technican I've ever asked, helped me out for a lot of coding based on the app!
