Great app, great team! My store's language needs are minimal, so I opted for the free version. Nonetheless, it's packed with features, has a sleek UI, and the team is quick to respond, eagerly helping me solve issues. Big thanks to Teresa and the other folks who assisted me yesterday. This plugin seems quite impressive with its rich features. Although it's a bit pricey, I believe it could be beneficial for generating more orders. I'm still testing it out, such as assessing its impact on website speed. Also, a special thanks to Polaris for their support.

Love this app for translating our Shopify store, especially the custom liquid sections—it’s a game changer. Wishing we could tweak the custom sections ourselves down the line, but for now, Transcy’s nailing it with the auto-translate feature, something we missed in Shopify’s own Translate & Adapt app. Big thanks to their support team—Cris, Giselle, Polaris, & Bo—you folks are awesome! Got our language switcher looking sharp in the footer and blending in seamlessly with our theme. Really appreciate the help!

Excellent support, nothing beats theirs. Great features. Only con is that it is maybe a little bit expensive compared to competitors. Wish the growth and premium plan was the same at the price of growth. But great reliable application. And support is 10/10 (I have used them the support a lot hahaha)

Just downloaded the app, wanted to make sure all was working, Giselle, an absolutely 10/10 customer support rep, helped me make sure all was working smooth for my store and customers, stayed on chat for 30 minutes would have had to be to make sure all was operating smooth. Now my store is fully optimized for other currencies and language. I have to mention again Giselle, one issue we faced when making sure all was working, was a glitch translating a timer on another app, she and her team went into my stores code and personally saw to it that the issue would not persist, and fixed it! Can't say enough. Great app, even greater team support!

Serenaa is Awesome. Transcy is not the easiest app to navigate when you have a large Shopify site in English and in German. But Serenaa was very patient and dedicated to fixing our issue. A bit slow because she had to reach out to her teammates to help fix our issue but she was able to get everything fixed and stayed with me the entire time on chat. Thank you Transcy and Serenaa for all your help and for getting our site fixed before we went live on Facebook in Germany!!!!!
