Some of the product buttons cannot be excluded from translation. But when I contacted the support team they very kindly did the manual exclusion by coding for me. Overall not a bad experience.

The support team is quick to respond and can help as best they can. they were respectful and helpful. The translations from english to chinese is not 100% for the free plan but it is a great app to have in your pocket to cater to different markets to start. You can upgrade to the premium plans for even better language rules and adaptations for how you want your translations to be

There were a few limitations wrt. 3rd party translations and currency displays. All in all a great app, easy to use and navigate. Quick response from support team is always a plus!

5 stars for customer service. They respond very very fast and solve problems quickly. but only give 4 stars because of some translate issue. it sometimes would translate the code of my theme, so I have to edit the translation manually. That takes a lot of time.

Update: The 3rd party app translations sometimes overwrite already applied translations inside transcy. It's a nightmare to get this sorted (I've been going on about 3 weeks trying to get this done now). The app works fine, but it overwriting itself is a massive problem. I had some questions on putting the switcher in a specific spot in my theme and was helped super fast (on a weekend day, even) which I really appreciate. The app is very extensive and takes a bit of getting used to, but everything is done very intuitively and after learning how to work with it, it's absolutely perfect for both language and currency efforts.

This solution does not have an option to translate more than 1000 products in their most advanced pricing plan. The support department has reached to me to get the proper support. They explained the issue and a work around. Looking forward to the updated version.
