It's very easy to ask for support for this app. There is always someone to answer your query in less than 2 minutes of waiting. Jennifer gained my trust in Transcy making me upgrade to Economy Plan; while Teresa finally resolved my other concerns. Language translation and currency conversion is not easy task. It is not perfect but it is just way better than any other apps. You can also manually translate everything on your website for minor changes. Just few clicks to set up the app then boom! My website is available now in the world! Great app! Great customer service!
