This is by far the best translation app on Shopify. I have tried them all, and Transcy's ability to let one manually edit translations is powerfully unique and simple to use. If I could leave a separate review for the customer service behind this team, I would. The ability to chat on demand with team members immediately is incredibly helpful. They have honestly exceeded my expectations, helping me with every single issue that I had, patiently and quickly, at no extra cost! I would like to especially commend Jennifer from the FireApps team, who has been incredibly supportive, patient, kind and helpful! Thank you Jennifer! I am very happy! The fact there's an onboarding team makes the world of difference. Everything in my store is being updated and I am really impressed with the efficiency. The currency and language switcher itself is very clean and I like the look when it is placed on the site. My site is very fast even with the plugin translation.

Ho provato svariate app per tradurre il mio negozio e questo ha fatto al caso mio. Inizialmente ho avuto un problemi per colpa di altre app che avevo installato e disinstallato, ma con Transcy e pochi clic (e piccoli aggiustamenti di traduzione) ho reso contenti molti dei miei clienti all'estero!
