Great support! Works very well for the price. Fanny and Liz were very helpful setting me up. Only downside is that you need the top package to replace your logo.

The app itself is really great. The customer support seems 24/7 with little wait time. The only big issue I have had was trying to set it up. I wanted 5 languages and 5 currencys. I had over 1000 products. The changes I was trying to make in the backend were not showing in the backend but were showing on the website, but I did not know that at the time. It was really frustrating. It wasn't a cache issue, it was just the app not updating backend, so you never knew if you set it up correctly. They said they know about it and are trying to fix it. So the set up for me was not a good experience otherwise I would give it a 5.

Fast customer support by Harwin. Helpful and straight to the point. Would love it if it was sync with the translation app of Shopify without paying an extra. Good product.

I use this help to help me add a second language to my website. Customer support is always able to help you. I don't like that it does automatically the 3rd party apps and you're not able to edit them. Other than that, I am satisfied with the experience so far.

Overall the service is super smart and makes webshops in multiple languages possible and affordable for small and medium sized companies. Bugs and weird translations now and then makes it crucial that the pages are reviewed quite often which takes time. However it has been easy and very fast to get in contact with the support team and get the things fixed quickly.

Good app, very kind customer service. But not the app for me. Unfortunately there is no function to translate the standard shopify e-mails.

Het soms wat moeilijk om de juiste instellingen te vinden. Maar de chat functie is super handig en je krijgt altijd meteen hulp.
Just started with the app so I cannot review the app just yet. Service was great, quick response and direct help with implementing on our site. Great service!
Transcy is a very good Tool. It would be great if we would be able to translate the text or the customs pages. Right now i only can translate the landing page and the title of customs pages.
App is very well integrated and the only language app I found to be helpful. other apps on the app platform don't support the language feature very well
Hard to navigate and know exactly what you're doing but eventually it works thanks to customer service.

A very app, but I would appreciate a little more transparency. In particular, they don't clearly mention that translations are for only 1,000 products in most of their plans. This should be mentioned in the plan comparison. Otherwise, a very good tool.

Garlic was amazing, the platform works pretty well even if i don't understand why you have to get the platinum subs. to get out "powered by Transcy"
I think the app does mostly well and customer support is quite goal orientated but we had some bugs to fix which really took a day.. Except for the bugs I would recommend it and also the kind lady from the support!
