We tried so many different translation apps and there was always something wrong in the translation or the app was altering the structure of the website (which you never want). This one is the best in terms of translation, but also in terms of usage! The connection with Openai makes the translation super accurate and it keeps the tone of voice of the website (which is very important). The app itself is easy to navigate. Also, the customer service is top notch. They make sure to help you out and to see if everything is set up right. Would 100% recommend this app.

I've been using the AI Transcy app for a while now, and I have to say — their customer support is absolutely top-notch! Anytime I had a question or needed help, their team responded quickly, patiently, and with a real desire to solve the issue. It's rare to find such responsive and genuinely helpful support these days. The app itself works great for translations and localization, but what truly sets it apart is the incredible support behind it. Highly recommended!

Transcy is by far one of the best translation apps I've used on Shopify. The translations are accurate and professional, and the interface is very intuitive. What really stood out to me was the amazing support — quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I had a few questions, and the support agent Giselle guided me through everything patiently and clearly. Highly recommended if you're looking to sell internationally and want to offer a seamless multilingual experience to your customers. 10/10!
