App is easy to use and intuitive. I'm a store owner not a developer and managed to add all the SEO translations by myself. The help desk support is effective when needed.

J'ai essayé cette application pour la traduction de ma boutique en ligne. J'ai adoré. Cependant, elle ne répondait pas à mes besoins en ce qui concerne le language switcher. Par contre, j'ai reçu un service hors pair, même après avoir désinstallé l'application. Je recommande assurément!

We use it for translation only and it does the job. Not 100% user-friendly, but the customer support is excellent.

The translation app is a great tool, although the automatic free translation plan might not translate everything accurately, sometimes the translation is very literal and may need to get tweaked.

Very simple, will translate everything from A to Z. Simple to use. Great and fast support. No visual editor though. However, I'm on a paying plan and I Would like to convert pictures without having to take the big plan... I only have a few pictures to be replaced/translated and +30$USD/month seems a bit exaggerated for 3 header pictures when you don't actually need more than 1 language and don't really need the other perks of the package. I would rather create a bilingual visual instead even if it's obviously visually less attractive. The solution could be to offer a limited number of pictures conversion in lower plans for those with basic needs and this would be 5 stars app.

I started using Transcy after installing Spocket, which brings US, UK and EU suppliers into your store, many of whom ship internationally. Presenting yourself in the local language greatly increases your market exposure. It would be great if the translation function were more efficient and could retranslate only those listings which were updated since the last translation.

I really like this app. It is so easy to use. The only think it's missing is the possibility to change the translation from third party apps. Right now it automatically translate from your own language to the selected language with no possibility to make changes to the translation. Sometimes you have to make changes to the translation, so it sounds right and grammatical is correct. So I really hope this will be something that soon will be available :)

Pretty Fast. Translation is not 100% accurate but ok. Free version allows you to Translate 1 language. Customer Service is good.

I finally chose not to translate my store into other languages and deleted the app. It was a hard time finding and deleting the leftover code. Anyways, the support reached out to me really quickly and figures all things out eventually.

As usual, after you uninstalled the app, our code will be removed as well, there will be no change affect to your site. However, sometimes, there will have some lines of code leftover on your site for some reasons, but no worries, you can remove it by yourself with some simple steps via our instruction article. Overall helpfull and good customer service! The app works okay most of the time, but need to be aware of saving your manual changes all the time.

This app seems like an easy and solid choice to have multiple translations for websites. At first I had some issues for setting it up but the customer service is super fast and efficient. Chouxie guided me through everything via Help chat and I just had to sit and wait while everything was done for me.
