Very happy with everything. Translating a whole website is a lot of work so this app can really help with this. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find the content to translate but if you spend some time in this APP you will figure it out. They could add a extra feature to choose to translate third-party apps individually. Now you can only do all or nothing. But overall 5 stars, good support very helpful.

Having used several translation apps, this is the best I've found. The management background is opened quickly and the translation is accurate. What impresses me most is the working attitude of the service staff Rosa and their technical team, who are very patient to help me solve the difficulties I encountered.

The last days (10-11 and15 - 16 Nov), my website has run into a lot of issues for no specific reasons. Transcy has been great. They are there on the bit, providing the right support and trying their best to resolve any technical issue.

Ich habe heute die App installiert und bin begeistert. Die Oberfläche ist sehr übersichtlich aufgebaut und mit Begleitung der Installationshilfe ist es kinderleicht, auch für Anfänger wie mich. Ich habe zwei Punkte über den Kundensupport angefragt und wurde über den Chat sofort und sehr professionell unterstützt. Great App for Translating your Shopify Store. I love the way everything is translated automatically. Even new items get translated right away with ease. Customizable Flags, everything is perfect so far. I love it!
