I started with the after trying 3 other translate apps. This one is the best. The support is ideal they will fix what ever issue you have within minutes. Very happy with the support.

The interface and UX can be a bit daunting at first but the results are solid and the support is exceptional, always available, quick to respond and go above and beyond to solve issues, even when dealing with custom code.

I've been having problems with the Market translation for a few days now. No one from Shopify support can help me. After 6 days of the translation headache, I decided to install Transcy get help with their support. And guess what???? In just 5 minutes every single translation problem on my end is fixed! It has been great. Some bugs and issues but I think that has to do more with our outdated theme and the support staff like Anne are super fast and helpful with their responses

It took us a while to get everything related to translating a complex custom theme into 10 languages organized and live, but the Transcy team was incredibly responsive and helpful at every step of the way. With the combination of real time translation but the ability to manually translate almost everything, it has worked out to be a perfect solution for our organization.
